I have spent an hour on this and I would need to spend a month on it to make it make sense. But the above question seems to stand out a little. She uses British spelling and so I wonder if it is Virginia Giuffre (but Reddit poster submits it is Sarah Ransome, see below).

It is somewhat related to this case it seems.

One of the claims is that Epstein and Maxwell starved her for enjoyment.

She is no fan of Dershowitz either. But then I guess nobody but Netanyahu is.

Advice, don't take magnesium supplements

When I was in Cambridge, NZ a few months ago I purchased some magnesium supplements from a (supposed) health shop. I took one as soon as I was back on the street again but it came apart in my mouth and I could not breathe for about 30 seconds or so and had problems breathing for about the next 5 minutes or more. Was it the magnesium or the shit additives that they use in these ‘supplements’?

I don’t know for sure but I had forgotten that little episode enough to buy some more tablets this time checking that silica (ground glass basically) was not an ingredient. Supposedly not but maybe Australian laws regarding listing of ingredients are not good enough. Well this time the tablet had not gone down well and I coughed it up but it split at the top of my throat. Boy that was unpleasant, stinging at back of throat and similar breathing issues (although not quite as bad).

Magnesium or additive? Does it matter? Don’t go near it.

Cambridge by the way, the older part of it anyway, is a very nice little town. I spent a bit of time at this Italian restaurant.

Diabetes, hah

I woke up early in the morning, 2am or so (currently it is 3am). I shared something with ClaudeAI, a realisation of something personal which I wanted some analysis of but of course ClaudeAI was as hopeless as ever. These LLMs are going nowhere and are for all practical use absolutely pointless.

Anyway I realised that I was quite unstressed unlike after being awake for a little so I took a blood sugar reading to see what factor stress had to play in my readings.

It seems that stress is completely responsible. My readings during the day with my stress quite high result in readings at 19 or 20 or even higher than that. I am told that this is a medical emergency more often than not but I am happy to ignore such claims as I always feel fine despite those high readings. Anyway after dinner at 6pm of somewhat sweet Chinese food followed by 300gr of fresh cherries and a large desert of mango, black currents, strawberries, coconut yogurt with muesli (glucose free, nuts etc) at 11pm I have just taken my reading at 2am. It is the lowest reading, by far, I have had for a long time. 7.5. This reading is in the modern pre-diabetes range but as far as I’m concerned it is quite normal for me previous to the last 3 years or so.

My “diabetes” is stress and stress only. Cortisol. The modern medical system is wrong on this one as well, at least for me it is. And likely for many, many others.

Fuck them.

I don’t have anything else to give you on this one just yet as it is a thesis formed only tonight, my own experience indicates that this is definitely the case. The allopathic treatment for diabetes includes metformin a poison that shits on your cell mitochondria (the mitochondria is the heart of your cell and feeds on guess what?). The treatments are, I suspect, the cause of much, probably all, that is attributed to Diabetes itself.

If you’re diabetic give up wheat and allied products for a few weeks then do a few pinpricks and get back to me. I think this one has legs.

This is somewhat interesting, the differences in age groups between 2022 and 2010. Basically in 2022 kids are more likely to live and the elderly are more likely to die than in 2010. Therefore the jabs seem to be hitting the elderly the hardest (red means fewer deaths in 2022 than in 2010)

Yes if this gets any attention the Stats guys will be here in a jiffy to tell me that my choice of years is totally arbitrary and then they’ll choose a more suitable year to try and make the opposite argument. But I think it’s clear, if you’re elderly and you don’t stay away from the jabs you will be much more likely to die.

Apparently 80% of kids are vaccinated in New Zealand with there being 18 different vaccinations on the schedule in this country. It is not compulsory but you’ll probably find that all kindergartens, child care centres and schools demand all these shit vaccinations. So it’s just like the adult Covid vaccination in effect, not compulsory but you’ll lose your job, be locked out of your University and have to put up with scum neighbours reporting you to the “authorities”.

The kids clearly don’t want the vaccinations. What a great father this shit is, seeking revenge on the mother via their kids. He is giving the kids no agency they are projections of him and his ex-wife only.
