In regards to Stefan Lanka he seems to be right on the money regarding viruses, but as always do your own research for your own conclusions. It may be that he has got some parts wrong.

In my own view COVID-19 has been leveled on us mainly due to dystopian plans around digital currencies, the collapse of the fiat currencies (which is inevitable always) the surveillance state and the removal of the middle class around the world which correlates to the inability of elites to imagine democracy. You might (might) own your house now but will you still own it in 2030? Not if the WEF has their way, you won’t. In fact you won’t even own your fridge or dishwasher if you’re even allowed them. Disease and, in the last 30 years or so, climate have been co-opted for this totalitarian agenda. Both disease and climate change exist in my view, but whether the causes are as per current explanation is not just debatable but very likely, at the moment, completely wrong.
