Sell purchasers on the park setting, but a few years later the park is full of high rises.

I like the view from high up. Some
binoculars would be handy to zoom
in on anyone in sight. It would give
some entertainment!
I was briefly in one (high rise) in Melbourne about 3 years ago. I couldn't stand the creaks and the swaying in a little bit of wind.
Yes, that would be scary -
especially so coming from
NZ with some memories of
the ground shaking and
windows rattling. I would think twice about living in a high rise there!
I prefer earthquakes in a one or two level house tbh.
I like the pink, but could not answer the second query, being homeless and all... LOL!
