Have you received a response to your resignation letter ?

Yep. Resignation accepted. "If you change your mind and want to rejoin in the future we will be here."

My reasons for resignation are that I cannot be in a party that does not practice democracy as they claim to do, cannot be in a party that has Chloe Swarbrick and Marama Davidson as co-leaders and amongst plenty of other reasons I would have been chucked out of the party anyway due to being honest about my thoughts on these issues.

BTW I asked and have yet to receive acknowledgement of my question to them regarding where in their rules and regulations there is a requirement for 5 nominators.

Why do you ask btw.

I was just interested in how they handle these situations. Model building....

Reading their bylaws, there doesn't seem to be a regulation or policy pertaining to special projects or special project leadership. For example a conservative viewpoint or counterpoint team to gain a broader perspective to influence policy and trajectory of the organization.

they've pushed out most of those who would have held a different opinion. They're mostly an under 30s party now and the loss of Shaw (who was nevertheless a greenwasher on behalf of Shell Inc) will impact them badly I suspect, pushing more, those who ignored the gender politics, away from them.

got it. Whether the organization survives, credibility and it's ability to influence policy depends on funding. No cash, no movement.

I think Shaw had the correct approach. A company like Shell is very large with many divisions,

some adverse to carbon reductions. What many call greenwashing (eg purchasing carbon credits) is a means to socialize these concepts within an organization. It is a long process, but it does introduce the concepts to company culture. Once socialized, someone always finds leverage for economic advantage.

That (money) is definitely the cause of the Greens problems at the moment. Although it is not acknowledged there must be some (much) funding coming from the Pharmaceutical industry as they are the ultimate pushers of gender "ideology" for their transhumanism fantasies, everyone completely reliant on their products for a lifetime.

As an anarchist, One who will have no rulers, only the three Laws of Ethics, I can't say I support Your efforts, per se... But if You think You can make a positive difference, I do applaud!!! And hope You get the chance!

I can try. If I ever did get selected/elected for the role well I'm not wedded to it and if I figured it was hopeless I would just resign saying that it was hopeless in the process.

I'm not sure that anarchism can work tbh. The levers of control are quite sophisticated and we're all being nudged and pushed. Anarchism would just mean that we thought that we had control but were instead completely controlled. Especially in today's electronic age.

Anarchism with no need for money will work - money is the single tool the psychopaths have to affect all the rest They do. It buys the things and the People. So I offer how We can remove that very dangerous and archaic tool...

Richard. I have been registered Green in San Francisco for 20 years. As a Green, a comrade, indeed once upon a time passionate but not partisan, knowing Green parties are Transnational, I endorse you. Sadly until Substack donations of the first tier come my way or a second or even third tier donation I can do no more.

I don't mind, just getting it out there for those able to nominate me and hopefully in enough time.

Okay keep me posted.

You sounded quite statesman like there.

Will need to tidy up the invective deletive.

Need time to think everything through.

Any reasonable non corrupted person cares about not polluting the environment.

That's how the cabal knew to infiltrate such a movement.

Way back my first vote was Green.

When I was so green as not to know that I was being conned.

I was a cynic. Didn't vote until the Australians forced me to. And that was to the Greens as well. But I've grown to dislike my former MP.

Also this is the sign of a Corporate. They're the only ones who bother with this bullshit.

"The Greens acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We acknowledge that these lands were stolen and sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging."
