I have just looked up on Wikipedia, “Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand”
There is a paragraph that states:
“Historically the Green Party had two co-leaders, one male and one female.
In May 2022, Green Party members voted to change the co-leadership model, now requiring
one female leader and one leader of any gender, and that one leader must be Māori”.
I looked up Chloe Swarbrick’s Wikipedia page and couldn’t find any Māori connection.
Also, I couldn’t find any Māori connection to Alex Foulkes.
We know the political system is ducked. This just reconfirms it.
