Here's an opportunity to weigh in closer to home with the HHS. Plus they have to make it public and consider your comments on how misinformation about covid affected you. We can start with the lockdowns, masks, positive "cases", medical maltreatment, one and done or double tap lies.

"Stories and information submitted to the RFI will be used to prepare for and respond to future public health crises. As part of the RFI process, public comments and submissions will also be made available to the public and can be used for research purposes. We will share what we learn through the RFI process directly with the public at surgeongeneral.gov/RFI.

Who should participate?

You! This is an opportunity to have your voice heard, no matter who you are: a researcher studying the issue, a health care worker, or someone who has seen the effect of health misinformation on their loved ones or community. No dataset is too big and no story is too small. We want to hear from you!

How can I participate?

Use the form below to send us your responses. All questions are optional.

• Questions 1 and 2 are about the impact of misinformation on healthcare.

• Questions 3-6 are about the relationship between health misinformation and technology platforms.

• Question 7 is about the impact of health misinformation on communities.

Thanks for the notification Rich. I have thus put in a submission against the racial aspect. I don't see why certain racial groups should be extra-targeted for extinction or whatever. But I didn't mention the extinction bit in my email as the subtlety of it would be wasted on the Department of Death. :)

Thank you for the alert, I shall certainly put in a submission - on the lines of:

Only if the higher incidence of influenza morbidity in Māori and Pasifika is unexplained by the prevalence of chronic metabolic, respiratory, cardiovascular and renal disease in those populations can any argument be made for the equitability of the proposal.

Access to influenza vaccination is already available to persons of any ethnicity who suffer from these chronic conditions.

The proposal extends vaccine eligibility to Māori and Pasifika persons without these co-morbidities, but denies it to persons of all other ethnicities.

For this not to be racial discrimination, and so unlawful under the Human Rights Act 1993, Pharmac would need to prove that there is a significant residual risk of influenza morbidity among Māori and Pasifika compared to all other ethnicities after correction for the already funded clinical indicators.

You're assuming that the flu jab is beneficial. Whereas I think that it's not. But still agree with your submission.

Not my assumption, but that of the people who have made the proposal, or, more pertinently, those whose favour is being solicited by the proposal.

Very good point.

This could be the thin edge of the wedge, just like with the Covid injections. Next minute the injections are mandated, once the compliant have got the numbers up a bit.
