We are Australians from South Africa. She should have learned the “affirmative action” lesson already but she hasn’t. I was born in Mozambique and had to flee in 1974 from there and later from South Africa yet if she had a vote, would again vote in the affirmative
This is not similar though, Aboriginal % of the population is nowhere near enough to have that sort of impact. What is going on is that Aboriginal "emancipation" (from what exactly?) is being used to bring democracy "to heel".
Well the answer is NO…it seems the media knew this would be the outcome.

My mother called me a racist😢
Sorry to hear that.
Did you have something to say on this?
If so, it didn’t come through.
I have just voted. There was a push at the end for Yes,
by some celebrities wanting to be politically correct.
I believe Richard's point was that the media coverage of the No campaign was non-existent
It was.
They have wasted their energy on complaining about the pens.
They say if you write your vote in the pencil provided it leaves
you at risk of your vote being changed without your knowledge!
They say…”Remember, always vote in pen because these pricks
will change it” …. “Make sure these clowns don’t cheat”
That's always been an issue.
I meant complaining about the pencils. That is where
they consider their energy should be spent.
