I've been to Toowoomba, that's close to where my vaccinated idiot know it all uncle lives, dusty shit hole, but when I was there twenty odd years ago it was all white, didn't see one Indian or immigrant as I remember.
There are quite a few now. But still a pretty 'white' town. Many of the retailers don't seem to be catering to them though. So I wonder at their turnover, is that being subsidised?

Just been to the supermarket. I would say 30%+ of the customers were recent immigrants.
Definitely not when I was there, but if you go to whangarei now it's 30% so that sounds about right for the overall plan.
