You should have run Richie! you'd have wiped the floor with them this time

Couldn't run this time James. But quality also doesn't necessarily win out. Especially on the transferable vote system which is owned and corrupted by these guys;

You should be worried about this instead of larping around with fascism.

no idea what that is Richard and I'm never going to learn

You know what it is James.

Voting systems are controlled by an international crime syndicate (mafia) in all commonwealth and former commonwealth countries. It goes back to the warnings of Lord Hailsham on elective dictatorships.

The “Party” system of a Party Parliamentary Majority system is problematic. By all appearances the party system is, run by technocratic elites, on behalf of a small pool of oligarchs.

Yes have just done analysis of 2025 Dunedin local elections. Sophie Barker is once again looking like she has benefited from cheating. But the runner-up Simms seems to have benefited from cheating as well. And tbh they are both as bad as each other.

Now the question is, is Vandervis a genuine anti-establishment candidate. Or not.

Good luck with that Richard.

Thanks for the update.

So, if you run for council again in 2025 you would have to more-or-less double the #1 votes.

Coming back to this Fay, with a Swiss Fund being in ultimate control of the vote counting and that vote counting being done either in Christchurch or Brisbane my chances of a fair and square election are practically zero. I figure that in reality that in 2022 I received enough votes to get on Council but that I was cheated out of it.

Richard Seager's avatar

l would also need to know that the vote counting was both transparent and auditable. Neither seem to be the case right now. The final result has been released and Anthony Morton didn't even bother to respond to me. Not entirely unexpected.

Did your vote increase from the 2019 vote count?

If so, by what percentage?

Richard Seager's avatar

Mayoral vote went from 323 to 602 (279 or 86.4%). Council vote went from 331 to 531 (exactly 200 or 60.4%). My 2022 council vote is 88.2% of my mayoral vote which I find unlikely. I don't think either of mine are believable but that's just hunch right now. I'm having a good look at it though.

Fay's avatar

If someone voted Mayoral for you, did they then not vote for you in the Council vote?

That is how I see it - I am certainly no expert though.

Richard Seager's avatar

My % last time council/mayor was just over 100%. The only ones below 100% this time were Houlahan (just) myself & Pamela. Myself and Pamela don't share any policies other than an opposition to the vaxx stuff.

I am unsure if we are talking about the same thing - tell me if you think I don't know what I am talking about. I won't be offended.

It seems to me that the vote for you was split between the positions of Mayor and Councillor. If you only stood for the council you may have got close to 1,000 votes as 602 votes went to you for the Mayor role. These voters then did not vote for you to be a councillor. They didn't vote for both - they chose one role only. If you had stood solely for council these voters would have voted for you to be a councillor as it seems they wanted you in there somewhere.

Richard Seager's avatar

You may have a point. I'm not sure how much crossover there was.

Electionz was taken over by Civica which is a British company based in Toowoomba in 2009.

They are far from transparent about this here in NZ. i.e.

And I was also first name (of 39) on the ballot. So unlikely to have missed me.

I had a range of forces against me who did not want me anywhere near Council. They got up to all sorts of tricks on trail but if they left out the final one I'd be surprised. The count is run by a private company with non transparent technology & they basically look to be operating as a front for an international operation. Either in Queensland or the States from what I've gathered so far.

Richard Seager's avatar

You need about 900 #1 votes to get on council.

And I will also be putting the 2019 results through some analysis. It would seem that Hawkins and Barker are the most likely to yield anomalies.
