Hello Richard, I can confidently tell you that tor is not Fringe. TOR is a peer based network. Unloke this leve we are on now I call the Commercial Internet on which all the data you see is being served & censored in large data farms where all the content is controlled by WEF Corporate Loyalists (google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft etc. now the Onion Router on the other hand is how the internet worked BEFORE commercialization. One server to another. I trust TOR because A-I have been building, programming, troubleshooting computers & servers since 1984. I was there the day the internet went live. The original internet browser was called Spry Mosaic but that was when the WorldWideWeb only had a Handful of pages on it. Us nerds were already chatting online with Compuserve or AOL. Before that we were using University bulletin boards. Remember the Commodore ‘64, look t up, I graduated the year after it came out. Home computing with 64 bytes of memory! Anyways, TOR is and always has been the safest. Two way encryption & unless they can create a virus that can sniff out an individual server. TOR will always be 10x safer than the commercial internet where they are just serving you content based on what THEY have decided you watch. To each his own but if you are on the commercial internet your data is being collected, collated & served back to you 24x7, they know everything about you! Everything you have entered into a text box, every form, every item you have looked at, downloaded, bought online, how often you buy it. The ODBC database gives them the power to cross reference your data, create trends on what you do, buy etc. I am assuming your a younger person because you didn’t speak to how TOR came about, just that its not safe. Thats what Big Brother wants you to think. Read up a bit more on the history of the internet. TOR is perfectly safe for anyone, if you want to go to sites that serve up illegal things 99% of the time you have to have someone recommend you, most criminal sites require a password. If you looking for trouble however you will find it. If you don’t have a VPN I recommend you get one, I have been using Private Internet Access for about 10 years. Before that I used Avast. Never use the internet without it. Also a firewall, Microsofts firewall also spies. I hope I’ve provided enough history so you can make an informed choice going forward. I use proxys for all my browsing and except for a few sites (like Sky TV) who are very keen to throw you off your proxy and Coinbase who are very keen to find out which proxy you use I normally find that this keeps the information harvesters at bay. They can't even figure out who I am on youtube.
They don’t have to “find” you, they already know everything about you. Proxy is useless as your ISP can track you through a proxy server. The Elites haven’t been able to shut down VPN’s although some sites can see your using one & block you. Now, if you use your cellular phone for Social Media, your cell phone has whats called an IMEI number, International Manufacturers Equipment Identification, the phone comes with it, you can’t change it AND you can be tracked within 2“ (yes inches) of your actual location. Anywhere in the world at anytime. The IMEI is the phones identity on the cellular network. Computer same thing only the MAC address (Media Access Control if using Wireless) is your identity on the network. The only reason I have stayed hidden is because I was involved since the beginning. As soon as the Oracle ODBC database was built for Business Intelligence I could see the nefarious uses right away. Think Rubics cube where each square is information about you. Oh yes, The List! This needs to be widely shared. The WEF is at the heart of this. The list Is a great start but important to recognize that only some of the ringleaders are listed. The water carriers are planted throughout our governments, corporations, institutions.

The $ doesn't go as far as it used to. The EROEI ratio in tandem with the debt bomb is about to close this system down methinks. They won't have the resources to convert the politics let alone actually enforce it. 50,000 people isn't that many people either, most of them are weak having a sterilized lifestyle. Then we have the 2A to fall back on. But the momentum has shifted and I think there will be arrests made within a year. The enforcement people have to be thinking just what their lives be like in the own nothing paradigm. I appreciate the information I like to think about this some more.

Not that I WANT it to be true, but on the WEF website under Partners, Apple Inc is listed as a Partner, but does not appear to be in your pdf document. Interestingly, the only Apple employee to become a 'Young Global Leader' left apple the following year, founded a company that made a programmable 'smart' thermostat, sold that to Google, and has moved on again. In Wikipedia, it's interesting that since he became a YGL, he has received numerous awards and mass public recognition

Well Signal gets a lot of its funding from big brother types and the TOR network is basically fringe, not there for the majority.

There are many thousands of participating individuals who are not listed. We need to recognize how large this truly is and how planetary.
