I am reading it as costing a non-government subsidized private individual more, but for those on a government benefit it will continue to be free. The list price is increasing, not the cost price; and the government subsidy is going up for those who have been availing themselves of the subsidy.

Wonder what new extras will be in the latest phials.

Medieval Britain is quite interesting. A submerged boat in Anglia (in soil) of which I think everything recovered was in Greek. A series of tales that looks stolen from Greek myth and history (not for the first time aye Israel?) and a Christian history overlaid on a pagan one. Like here.

They have the numbers Frank. I have 250 followers and I've just given away 6 month subscriptions to the first 125 or so. I need the money, Berenson and Malone et al don't. Right now if I did what you suggested I'd wind down all possibilities of spreading what I think rather than what the establishment thinks.

Hippo being greek for horse. Horses being a sign of wealth in Ancient Greece. Hence hippocritical marks one as a critic of the elites, or at least it should. Maybe it marks one as an elite.
