I looked at his tweets on the waybackmachine site, and there were archives from late in 2021, but all tweets prior to April 2019 were already gone. I’m sure he had tweeted after that, but it seems strange that even on an archive site there is nothing coming up.

This seems to indicate that there wern't many @sbancel tweets after 2019 and that in regards to his tweets from around that time they were almost completely climate change focused. Read into that what you will;

Just reading some of the comments under his Tweets makes me think that the ringing noises in his head were becoming stronger.
