I have my doubts that such tech will be useful for maintaining democracy as described there. I did notice some critique of blockchain on that substack which I tend to agree with having an IT degree myself. I'd rather go back to counting ballots by hand and I think any tech can be busted, especially by the dark side of Government (the 3 lettered guys). Might be best to use the tech to keep those guys in check rather than to have it as an arbiter of our democracy.
