Exemptions to masks are broad and wide-ranging in the current legislation. (I expect that's by design because the half-wits enforcing it have some idea of the legal liabilities if they didn't.)

Not being a lawyer I can't comment on any legal warfare that may be appropriate, but that's the angle I'd press here.

Banning a candidate from a debate leading up to an election by refusing to honor a mask exemption would be pretty silly of Philip and lead to lots of bad publicity.

Good on you for standing up for what you, and anyone with any brain, believes in.

Dreadful that that church torments its parishioners and considers old people to be easily manipulated idiots.

Exactly what I was thinking when I sent the missive to Philip.

When the collaborators are arrested and asked about their actions, what defence will Philip try?

I suggest he looks to his future and gets his act together quicko, starting with a public apology to Richard.

Even the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Protection Framework) Order 2021 (SL 2021/386), [sofar as it is lawful, but it is what the likes of Phlip rely on, not having read it] recognises (Section 11. 3(a)(ii)) that wearing a mask may not suit, so doesn't need to be done, cannot be demanded.

Thanks. I was going to see if there was any precedent around, but I'd guess not.

I personally suffer from a grave mental disability which makes wearing a mask unsuitable. I am a critical thinker.

Poor Philip is insane.

Its illegal to try to force/coerce a human being to wear a mask.

Its not mandatory to wear a mask ,they cant make it legal .

Mandates are mind control 101 .They only have to make you believe you dont have a choice and thats when you give up your freedom.

You can choose to wear a mask..I dont know why as its been found so far to be unhealthy mentally and breathing in toxins ... why would you .

Your dr hasn't prescribed you to wear what is a medical device( mask) so it would be a breach of Nuremberg code and the law if he tried to forced you to wear one or excluded you from election /political process because you refused to and had chose not to.

My point was that forcing people to use medical devices breaches nuremburg code and their other legal gibberish they are bound by (voodoo chicken control language of mumbo jumbo).

Yes you have the right to say no, certainly I did not mean or imply that you could not.

My God is not the medical system.

Yes I know it can be difficult dealing with the insane ( shit).

Hard dealing with rigid conditioned beliefs of the ego mind, as its easy to confuse the being of the human with what he/she believes that opposes your own(truth)=fear, war mindset +conflict.

I have never come across GNM but after reading the first bit... bla bla brain( which is body and not to be confused with mind) and their "5 laws" they just made up I would say they took a truth( that we have the power to heal ourselves ), twisted it into lies and fraudians and trademarked it for profit.

In NZ there is the political trend /use of the Maori freemasons.

Freedom from ego is freedom from the past in you (indoctrination /a set of beliefs).

Without the ego-mind( the wrong identity /past in you and the total identification with thoughts) the Freemasons would have nothing to program.

Self knowledge=freedom.
